Nearly time for the Big Bang!

Yes our annual Bonfire Night celebrations are now only days away: the place as ever is Formosa Garden, the date Saturday November 7th & the time 6.30 pm for the lighting of the bonfire & 7 pm for the firework display. Yet again that's in the capable hands of award-winning supplier Fireworks Crazy, who've done such an outstandng job for us for the past couple of years. People have been known to come to a standstill in neighbouring streets to enjoy the pyrothechnics even at a distance.

Guests are encouraged to be within the Garden perimeter by 6.50 pm at the latest & all spectators need to keep behind the safety cordon. And while residents are not permitted to let off fireworks in the Garden or on patios this year there will be sparklers available from the two security guards on site for those still in search of a hands-on experience.

First aid cover will be provided near the main gate -- if in doubt ask the security guards for the location. But hopefully as in previous years it can be a safe & fun experience for all!
