This insightly waste was recently spotted on the gardeners' compound, dumped by a person or persons unknown -- and not for the first time. According to Gravitas boss Jan Melkenbeek it's been happpening up to a dozen times a year. Offending material includes bedding, plastics, garden waste & even a children's bicycle at one point. Essentially it is no better than fly-tipping, for which Formosa residents have to bear the extra cost of removal. Pleae take responibility for disposing of your own domestic waste!
