A relaxed Summer Picnic in the Garden this Saturday

This year we're keeping things a little simpler with a relaxed community picnic in Formosa Garden.

The main children's activities will run from 1pm to 6pm, with the customary inflatables, face painting and, of course, the legendary Raimondo serving his famous ice cream.

Bring your own picnic if you wish, or pick up freshly made pizza from Little Red Pepper and drinks from Real Drinks on Formosa Street. Both are offering special discounts for residents using the "Summer Party" code word - see the flyer for details.

And if the sunshine continues, some of us will no doubt linger a little longer into the evening, enjoying the Garden and catching up with neighbours.

As ever, please remember to bring a picnic blanket and use plastic glasses only in the Garden - no glass, please.
