Does anyone know anything about the damage inflicted on this tree on the Warrington Crescent side of the Garden yesterday afternoon? It comes amidst the odd report of children climbing trees which is strictly forbidden under the Formosa Rules -- apart from anything else young trees like this one are simply not equal to bearing a person's weight. Much time (by Gravitas) & much money (by us!) is spent on making the Garden into the special place that it is & it's simply not fair for a small number of selfish people to risk ruining it for the rest.

Formosa Gardens is pleased to announce that as of April 1st AM Surveying and Block Management (AMSBM) will be the new Managing Agent for the estate.
Our dedicated account managers Sarah Hope & Elise-Robyn Wilson will be the primary contacts for any queries or requests. Residents can find AMSBM’s contact details on the "Contact us” page of this website.
We want to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible so we are holding a Meet and Greet with the Agency at 6:30 pm on April 29th at St Saviour´s primary school on Shirland Road, W9 2JD, which is open to all. Residents are encouraged to send any questions they might have in advance directly to AMSBM.
