If you've been out enjoying the Garden recently you can hardly fail to have noticed this magnificent wisteria whose luxuriant blossoms are a testament to the hard work put in by Jan & his team over the Winter months. The tree was planted in memory of Jacki Hass, who served as a Director between 1997 & 2010 but sadly died of cancer in 2012. The restored plaque pays tribute to the amount of work she devoted to the Garden & residents with longer memories may recall her walking round it regularly with her husband Sam & their cats, happy to chat to all who crossed her path.

We’ve been really pleased to see that the transition to the new agency has apparently been smooth — it’s always our goal to make changes as seamless and positive as possible for residents.
With that in mind, we’ve decided to cancel the upcoming Residents’ Meet and Greet with our new agents, (scheduled for April 29th ) as an opportunity for residents to raise any questions or concerns. Since we haven’t received any submissions ahead of the event, we’re taking this as a sign that things are running well and that residents are feeling confident about the new setup.
Of course, if you do have a question or anything you’d like to discuss, you're still very welcome to get in touch with our agents directly via the Contact Us section on the Formosa Garden website— they are always happy to help.
