Access to the Garden - recoding of fobs

The re-coding of fobs for entry to the Garden has now taken place. If you were unable to get your fob re-coded at the given time please make an appointment to visit Westbourne Management’s offices at 9 Spring St London W2 3RA (round the corner from Paddington station) between the hours of 0900—1730 Monday to Friday. Notice of Fob Recoding

It’s been promised/threatened/for a couple of months now, but the re-coding of the garden fobs is finally due to happen! Here’s what you will need to do:

Tuesday May 3rd

You can drop off your fob at 151 Sutherland Avenue or 26 Castellain Road, in an envelope marked Formosa Amenity, between 11:00—16:00. Please also include the following details:

. email address – legible please!!

Wednesday May 4th

Fobs will be re-coded & available for collection at St Saviour’s Church on Warrington Crescent from 14:00 – 19:00 sharp!

The whole procedure will take only about five minutes. Make sure you also bring a photo ID & proof of residency on the Formosa Garden (e.g. utility or Council tax bill). There is no charge & you will be asked to agree & sign up to the up-dated Garden rules.

Please note that only the residents of the following houses qualify:

2—32 Castellain Road (EXCLUDING Katherine Court)

139—193 Sutherland Avenue

4—62 Warrington Crescent

Formosa Amenity AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Formosa Amenity will be held on Tuesday 5th July 2022 at 6.30pm. It will be held at St Saviours Church on Warrington Crescent.
