Taking care of the Formosa Garden is an important responsibility and the Directors give their time and effort to benefit everyone living around it.
All of the Directors live on the Gardens and many have done so for several years. They are all passionate about retaining the unique look and feel of our very special Garden and meet on a monthly basis. You can meet them all at our AGM!

Westbourne Block Management
Westbourne Block Management, a property managing agency based in Paddington, are our managing agents, dealing with collection of service charges, payment of suppliers, maintenance of resident and other databases and general administration. The managers who look after the garden on a day to day basis are Crispin Samson-Bancroft and Salvatore Giorgio. They work closely with Board directors. You are welcome to contact any member of the Board if you have a question about the garden, or a suggestion, of course – but Crispin and Aaron are the ones to turn to if a management issue arises. You should contact one of them in advance if you are planning any building works or if you need to give contractors access to the Garden.
